The staff were exceptional in assisting us, especially with a microwave for my niece's special dietary needs. The pool and hot tub at the Clock Tower were clean and enjoyable, providing a nice retreat after our day out.

The pool area was super nice, and we loved roasting s'mores by the fire every evening! We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and the relaxing hot tub after a day of activities. Just a heads up, our room was a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

Had an awesome trip with friends! The golf courses were in great shape and we really enjoyed kayaking on Deer Lake. The staff was super friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. Just keep in mind everything’s cashless and prices can be a bit high, especially dining options.

One downside was the noise complaint we received from security when we were playing music, even though we were just having fun amongst friends.

We had an amazing 2-night stay! The room was immaculate and a nice surprise of chocolates and champagne for my birthday made it feel so special. The facilities were fantastic with a clean, relaxing spa experience.

The resort offered a stunning and well-kept environment, alongside friendly staff and ample activities for my family to enjoy. However, plumbing noise in our Edelweiss Chalet could be disruptive, especially at the $300 rate per night. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement.

The ski school for the kids was a highlight. My children had private lessons and the instructors were not just friendly but actually engaged with them, making learning fun and exciting.

Skiing conditions were top-notch, and the kids loved the water park. Our room at the Clock Tower had comfy beds, a microwave, and was super clean. The outdoor hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. We enjoyed delicious breakfast options with an omelet station for a great start each day.

Our stay was enjoyable, filled with various family-oriented activities like skiing and nightly s'mores by the fire, which kept us entertained. The staff was incredibly helpful, and our room was comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after long days. However, the on-site dining options were quite expensive and didn't match the quality we were hoping for.

Just a great fit for a quick break in Boyne Falls with outstanding value. The food and service in dining options were great. Make sure to take advantage of the snow sport's school.

We had an absolute blast at the indoor water park, Avalanche Bay! The thrilling slides and lazy river kept us entertained for hours. Plus, the complimentary nightly s'mores by the fire provided the perfect cozy bonding experience with the fam!
